How does billing work?

We offer flexible monthly or annual subscriptions. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard.

What is a Gigapixel and how is it calculated?

Processing tasks are based on Gigapixels which equals camera megapixel x no. of images / 1000. You can either pay as go or select a plan with monthly allocated limit. We also allow users to purchase ad-on packs.
